«Major scientific challenges are typically pursued over the course of a lifetime, and seeing them through to completion is of the utmost importance».RAAS was founded by the distinguished physicist, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, former head and Honorary President of the NRC “Kurchatov Institute”, and Secretary of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Evgeny Pavlovich Velikhov.
